By submitting a watch for repair at Ten Ten Watches, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not submit your watch for service.
Ten Ten Watches will perform a diagnostic evaluation on your watch upon receipt. We will provide a written estimate before performing any paid repair work. No repairs will begin without your explicit approval of the estimate.
All estimates are non-binding and subject to change if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. If the final cost exceeds the estimate, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. A diagnostic fee may apply if you decline to proceed with the repair.
Estimated completion dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to parts availability, complexity of the repair, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Watches not picked up within 90 days of notification that the repair is complete may be subject to storage fees. After 180 days, Ten Ten Watches reserves the right to consider the watch abandoned and may dispose of it in accordance with applicable law.
Ten Ten Watches takes every precaution to protect your timepiece. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, inherent defects, or damage caused by the natural aging of components. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided.
Repairs performed by Ten Ten Watches are warranted against defects in workmanship for 90 days from the date of pickup. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, or normal wear and tear after pickup.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from these terms or your repair service shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
